The Arbitration Authority for Labor Law is a specialized authority for arbitration proceedings related to employment contract disputes.
About us
The Arbitration Authority for Labor Law is responsible for conducting arbitration proceedings related to employment contract disputes in the canton of Zug, as defined by the Swiss Code of Obligations (Article 319 ff. CO).
The Arbitration Authority for Labor Law also handles disputes arising under the Gender Equality Act (GlG) in both private and public employment contracts. In these cases, the arbitration authority is composed of a chairperson and equal representation from the employer, employee, public and private sectors, with equal representation of both sexes.
