About us
Advice
We assist employees and employers with questions about employment and unemployment insurance law and provide advice via phone.
Opposition procedure
If you disagree with an unemployment insurance decision, you can file a written objection within 30 days (Art. 52 of the ATSG (General Part of the Social Insurance Law)). Your arguments will be reviewed independently by the legal service in an internal administrative process free of cost. Decisions on the objection can then be appealed to the administrative court.
