Our tasks
- We assess companies and cooperatives with a personal or economic affiliation to the canton of Zug.
- We also assess associations and foundations.
- We review applications for crediting foreign withholding taxes.
- We audit bookkeeping at the company's registered office.
- We also review restructuring plans that are submitted to us through tax rulings.
- We carry out valuations of securities without market value for corporations domiciled in the canton of Zug.
- We participate in domicile-related discussions with legal entities.
